Dedi Susanto, M.Ec.DEV, MAPPI (Cert)

The man who was born in Sumenep,1987, has a background in Development Economics with a concentration in Asset Management and Property Valuation, which he obtained at one of the leading universities in Indonesia with a Master of Economic Development degree, namely Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta.

Started his professional career for the first time at KJPP Rengganis, Hamid &Partners (2014-2017) and then KJPP Munir Wisnu Heru & Partners (2018 –January 2019), and has undergone the Structural Levels of Assistant Appraiser, Appraiser, Supervisor / Reviewer.

In addition to managing KJPP, he is active in the management of the organization which currently serves as Deputy Secretary I of the National Leadership Council of the Indonesian Appraisal Profession Society (DPNMAPPI), as General Chair at the MEP Valuer Club Gadjah Mada, as well as a General Lecturer at the State Finance Polytechnic of STAN.

Currently, apart from being active as a public appraiser, lecturer, he is also active as a speaker at government agencies and campuses, and is trusted as an Expert in Appraisal in the Courts and Police.

Projects that have been handled so far include: Appraisal of Apartments,Hotels, Malls, Offices, Golf, Land Development, Gardens and other property appraisals, as well as Feasibility Study and Land Acquisition projects in the government.

Pimpinan Rekan KJPP DSS Partners. Pria kelahiran Sumenep, 1987 ini, memiliki latar belakang Ilmu Ekonomi Pembangunan dengan konsentrasi Management Aset dan Penilaian Properti yang diperoleh di salah satu Universitas termuka di Indonesia dengan gelar Magister Of Economic Development, yaitu Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta.

Memulai Karir profesional pertama kali di KJPP Rengganis, Hamid & Rekan (2014-2017) Dan Kemudian KJPP Munir Wisnu Heru & Rekan (2018 – Januari2019), Dan Telah Menjalani Jenjang Struktural dari Asisten Penilai, Penilai, Pengawas / Peninjau.

Selain mengelola KJPP, beliau aktif di kepengurusan organisasi yang saat ini menjabat sebagai Wakil Sekertaris I Dewan Pimpinan Nasional Masyarakat Profesi Penilai Indonesia (DPN MAPPI), Sebagai Ketua Umum di MEP Valuer Club Gadjah Mada, serta sebagai Dosen Umum di Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN.

Saat ini, selain aktif sebagai penilai publik, dosen, juga aktif sebagai pembicara di instansi pemerintah dan kampus, serta dipercaya sebagai Ahli Penilaian di Pengadilan dan Kepolisian.

Projek yang pernah ditangani, selama ini, diantaranya: Penilaian Apartemen, Hotel, Mall, Office, Golf, Pengembangan Tanah, Kebun dan penilaian properti lainnya, serta proyek Studi Kelayakan dan Pengadaan Tanah di pemerintahan.
